On Nakba Anniversary, Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

On Wednesday 15th May, around 44 settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque from al-Magharbeh Gate, under the so-called "The period of Tourism" that starts from 7:30 AM to 11:00 Am.

One of the mosque's guards said that al-Aqsa Mosque and its surrounding areas are at high tension following the raid of a group of settlers, noting that each group includes five to 10 settlers from different ages.

The guard added that the attempts by settlers to raid the mosque from al-Magharbeh gate was not succeeded, until the Israeli forces provided them with protection and facilitated their entry into the mosque.

Witnesses said that around 50 settlers performed their religious rituals behind the Damascus, Hutta and Al-Asbat gates.

It is worth mentioning that settlers are celebrating "The Pentecost", which began on Tuesday eve and will continue until Thursday. The celebration included calls by settlers to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform their prayers as they claim.

Israeli bus companies have customized special buses to transport settlers to the holy city tomorrow in order to storm the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
